Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address - If the address you provide is incomplete or incorrect, the courier will return the shipment to us. You will need to pay for reshipping after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed - Unclaimed packages returned to us can be reshipped at your expense.

If you haven’t created an account or added a billing method on PrintMama.Art, any returned orders due to a wrong address or unclaimed shipment will be donated to charity. No reshipping or refunds will be available.

Printmama.Art does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We don’t accept returns for sealed goods, including face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Returned face masks won’t be reshipped or refunded and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - We advise that you contact us before returning any product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s change of mind. Return of products as well as size exchanges will be done at your expense. We may refuse/return of custom or personalized items and sealed goods opened after delivery, for health or hygiene reasons. You can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product, with a photo included. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for.

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, we may refuse returns for:

  1. Custom or personalized items.

  2. Sealed goods opened after delivery, for health or hygiene reasons.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
