DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged of customs fee for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is outside our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still need it. What do you think I should do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the box wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, GET IN TOUCH WITH US with your order number. For more info please go to Refund Policy Page

How are your products made?

Once you pick the art design made by Printmama, that art is sent to the company we work with; they are a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Email us, If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, DROP US A LINE.

I received a wrong/damaged product; what should I do?

FACTS ABOUT PRINT & DESIGN SERVICES

  • If you already have your print-ready files, you may EMAIL your files and you wil receive a quote. Payment and your approval are required before proceeding. We offer Design Services, if needed. Thank you. .

  • Please be advised that the shipping speed time frames listed for your order are separate from the production time frame of your order. Adding the "production time" and "ship time" of your order will give you a more accurate estimate of delivery. All production time days are counted in business days.

    Your production time begins once your order is approved, paid, & processed. If processed by 9 am PT (12 pm ET), production begins that day. If processed after 9 am PT (12 pm ET), production begins the next day. Any issues with files or payment may delay your order timeline. The day after your order has been shipped is considered the first day of shipping.

  • If we are the ones that reached out to you regarding a file re-upload, you will receive an email with a link to re-upload the file. Instructions as to what needs fixed should be in the email that was sent to you.

    If you realized there was an error with your uploaded file(s) shortly after placing your order, please email us at support@printmama.art to let us know, as timing is critical and your order can go into print before changes are made.

  • For first-time retail customer or first-time issue for order and are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product, you must notify us within three(3) days upon receipt of the ordered product and you can send it back to us for a one-time only full refund of the printing cost only. You are responsible for any and all shipping expenses in connection with such return

    Unless you qualify for the above refund ALL SALES ARE FINAL printmama provides no refunds or credit for any orders (including, but not limited to, product orders, Design and Logo Services) unless Printmama cancels such order in its sole discretion.
